Please bring shorts, vest top and high heels to dance in. Trainers are recommended for the warm-up and warm-down. Also swimwear, suitable nightwear, club wear and dinner wear!
Friday Morning: Arrive early at the high quality, Mill Hotel & Spa.
Settle into your 3 star rooms (price is based on 3 ladies sharing a triple room), and start your morning with a lovely cup of tea to ready yourself for a full day of culture, shopping, nightlife and excitement, you’re gonna need it!
Situated on an historic Roman site the Mill Hotel & Spa was opened in 1987. The original Griffiths Cornmill building dates from 1830 and great care has been taken to incorporate many of the original architectural features. The hotel has been extended in recent years with the impressive south wing, linked to the original via a glass walled bridge over the Canal.

Friday Evening: Strut your respective stuff right to the door (walking distance from the hotel), ignore the queue and tell the friendly staff who you are. Saturday Morning: Start the day with a full English Breakfast! (included) to ready you for the ‘piece de resistance’ of your trip – THE POLE PARTY! (included) Any early birds may have time to get a quick swim in again at the spa club beforehand.
Saturday Afternoon: THE POLE PARTY! – Just walking distance from your hotel.
We will start off with warm-up exercise and stretches. Then it’s time to rummage through the dress up box to pick out some wigs, boa’s, sparkley costumes….whatever takes your fancy!
We will go through basic (but fun) moves – everything from the walk to the fireman. I will demo the move, then each lady gets to try it out – there is more than enough hands on time with the pole! Parties are 2 hours, we show moves and a routine that all ages and sizes can do. At the end, we provide the music, the props and the boas to put on your own finale of what you have learned, definitely a great end to an amazing party!! Everyone gets a certificate of achievement before they leave.
Saturday Afternoon-Saturday Evening: If you are only staying for the one night, your adventure ends here. But if you are staying another night at just £38pp more, there is still so much to see and do.
